domestic Re-enrollment Letter.

Bulldog Nation:

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Thank you for your continued support of Liberty Christian Academy. The re-enrollment period for our current families begins now and ends Friday, January 19. If you re-enroll by January 12, you will receive the 50% discounted re-enrollment rate of only $125 per family! Re-enroll during January 13-19, and receive the 25% discounted re-enrollment rate of $188. We are expecting to be full in many of our grades for the 2018-2019 school year so I encourage you to re-enroll during this time (now through January 19) to secure your child’s space. We will allow our new families to begin enrolling on January 22, and apply for all open spaces. Please remember that your account must be current in order for you to re-enroll.

 

We are pleased to announce that there is no increase in tuition for the 2018-19 school year. We do have a few small changes to some policies that may affect you. First, the paid in full discount has been eliminated. Secondly, a $45 FACTS participation fee will be drafted July 15. This fee is charged by FACTS for administering the payment plans (for those using the 4, 10, or 12 month payment option).

We are executing the re-enrollment process differently this year. You may re-enroll from the comfort of your own home. However, you are welcome to visit the Office of Student Accounts or the Office of Enrollment Management at any time to re-enroll. To re-enroll online, please complete the following steps:

 

Step 1: Click here to access the re-enrollment page on your EDLINE account.

Step 2: Sign into your EDLINE ACCOUNT.

Step 3: Review the re-enrollment instructions (under CONTENTS).
Sept 4: Download, save, and submit your signed contract through EDLINE.

Step 5: Make your re-enrollment payment through the LCA Web Payment System (click here).

 

As you know, LCA operates by faith, and our budget is projected solely on the basis of enrollment tuition, fees, and gifts from its supporters. Year to year, we pray to meet our financial goals. While it is our priority to make a Christ-centered education affordable for you, please understand that we need your support. We ask that you consider making a donation above and beyond your tuition amount. Please click here to make your donation.

 

Remember, donations are tax-deductible. You may donate through the LCA Child Tax Credit Program and qualify for a 65% tax credit on your state return ($500 minimum). Click here to review the LCA Child Tax Credit Program. Also, please consider donating appreciated securities (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.), by transferring them to Liberty Christian Academy. When you donate appreciative securities, you will be making a tax-deductible gift and may be bypassing capital gains taxes.
