Accreditation is a holistic process of organizational assessment that evaluates every area of school and to what extent LCA is fulfilling its mission and meeting established academic standards. Accreditation ensures that graduating students qualify for admission to colleges and universities and that their credits are accepted. While accreditation formally occurs every few years, LCA is committed to an ongoing to process of evaluation and improvement.

Liberty Christian Academy is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and holds state accreditation through the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE) and AdvancEd, now Cognia.
