All LCA International students are cover with health insurance. please have a copy of your insurance card with you all the time. If you do not have or lost your insurance card, you can get a pdf. version by entering your full name and date of birth under “member service”. If you lose your health insurance card, you can print a replacement.
Planning Your Stay
If you are planning to travel without your host families or parents, please have your guardian fill out this online form before your departure.

End of School-year Checklist
International students need to turn in their I-20 to the International Office for the DSO to sign every year.
International students need to turn in their iPad during summer vacation.
Airport pickup and drop-off are offered in May and August. This form will be available when the 2021-2022 school calendar comes out.
