To Get the Master Calendar on Your Phone:

  • In the bottom right corner click the Google+ icon
  • Using your personal account, log into Google
  • Once prompted, click yes to add this calendar.
  • The LCA School Calendar name will now be displayed along with your personal calendar on the left-hand column.
  • If the LCA School Calendar appears with a colored box next to it, all upcoming events will be displayed.
  • In Apps on your mobile phone, search Google Calendar.
  • Click to download.
  • Select your account and click to get started
  • Choose to either allow or not allow notifications for events
  • In the top, left-hand corner, click your menu.
  • Under your Gmail account name look for LCA School Calendar
  • Click to check the box.
  • The LCA Calendar will now fill your Google Calendar App.
