Your LCA Lunch Account
Sodexo uses a system called School Café for student lunch accounts here at LCA. Review the School Cafe Set Up Quick Guide (PDF) for steps on account set up and making payments.
Add funds and check the balance of your student’s account by:
- Calling or visiting the cafeteria
- Visiting https://www.schoolcafe.com or using the School Café app
The school district is Liberty Christian Academy. Student ID numbers may be found in your Facts Family Portal, family tab, then choose your student in the drop-down menu. The 5-digit system ID is the student ID.

Emergency Lunch Fee
Please add funds online 24 hours before lunch or call the cafeteria at (434) 592-4771 before 10 a.m. the day of to add funds.
If funds are unavailable, there will be an emergency lunch fee of $2 plus the cost of the meal deal.
Refund Policy
When a student withdraws from LCA, the parent may request a refund of the remaining amount on the student’s lunch account by contacting Sodexo. All refunds will be applied to your Facts account first and then any remaining credit of $5.00 or more will be refunded in the form of a check. Please allow up to 90 days for the refund to be processed and mailed.
